What is application timeline?
Projects are taken per semester/quarter for our chapters. If an application is submitted at the start of a semester cycle, expect a fully formed and accepted project to be finished in two to three months. We work off a need-based system for nonprofits and chapters, and we are flexible. Please expect the application process to take at least a month.
What is a typical project timeline?
Projects are scoped by the semester/quarter system. Depending on the size and complexity of the project, we add semesters/quarters to accompany the project. Every semester, we iteratively produce at least an MVP. To learn more about your specific project, you can email contact@hack4impact.org
What projects are usually accepted?
To make sure our projects have a level of necessary complexity, we require projects to have a technical difficulty higher than just a website. If you are interested in a new website for your organization, please consider free online website builders. You can learn more about projects we've taken in the past by looking at our projects for each chapter.
Does the size of a nonprofit matter?
No! We take all nonprofits in different shapes and forms! We only require that you are a registered 501(c)(3) organization.
